The IT and ITeS Democratic Employees Association (IIDEA), affiliated with the All India Central Council of Trade Unions (AICCTU), joins the All India General Strike on July 9, 2025, called by the Central Trade Unions. We demand immediate repeal of anti-worker Labour Codes that erode the rights of IT and ITeS workers, enabling exploitation, illegal terminations, and extension of work hours. IIDEA stands firm against management greed and government policies that prioritizee profits over workers’ dignity.
